yesterday went for basketball practice,cos my finger is injured, in had to run 20 rounds around the canteen n do 2sets of 30 leg lifts.den repeat the entire process. after i finished that, my coach asked me to rest first. so i watched the others do four corner.2 girls from woodgrove sec was practicing with us as well. den jiao lian asked both of them to do full court lay-up. [full court lay-up is dribbling the ball from 1 end to the other n shoot. if miss den rebound, after it goes in, run to the other end n do the same. shoot as many baskets in 1min.] both the woodgrove gals got 7 baskets within 1 min. 2 of our senoir tried as well.Ziying got 8 n jerene got 7... the rest of us r juniors... we either had 4,5 or 6.... for me, i had 5 baskets... n after doing so, my mind was lyk blacking out... really tought if u gt no stamina... den we plyes kill.its lyk when everyone line up in a line,n 2 basket balls r used. the aim of the game is to get the ball into the basket as quickly as possible. if i was the person behind, den i would have to get the basketball into the basket before the person infront of me in order to 'kill' her. den she'd be unable to play.so the first time dan ni won.... second, hui min from woodgrove won... den we warmed down n said bye to jiao lian, but we den asked if we could play summre... so she said yes n we did. This is MY most enjoyable basketball lesson yet... :) [i noe it's lame]
